How do I claim my prize?
Once you receive notification via e-mail informing you that you have won the auction, your item will be mailed to you or available at the radio station for you to pick-up during normal business hours unless otherwise specified.

What is auto bidding?
Auto bidding enables you to place a maximum amount of which you are willing to pay for the item, this allows you to bid on items even when you are not at your computer. Our system only increases your bid when you are out-bid by another bidder.

What does the Auction Status: OOS mean?
OOS stands for Out of Stock. This status indicates an item that has unfortunately become sold out of our inventory before the auction ended. We apologize for the incovenience and encourage you to check back often as many of our items receive new shipments several times a week.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, absolutely. BroadcastBid.com© uses SSL technology which ensures a direct connection that is encrypted between your computer and our system. Your credit card information is not saved on our system. We have partnered with Paypal.com, the leading payment processing company on the internet, to handle all financial transactions. For more information on Paypal's online security please visit their data encryption page.

What if I lose my password or forget my login name?
If this happens you can click on the Forget Username/Password link in the sidebar. You will need to enter the email address you registered with and our system will promptly send an email to that address with your login information.

What if I wish to change my password?
In the Sidebar under the My Account section you will see a Change Password link. You will be able to change your password on that page.

What if I don't want the item after I win?
Unfortunately, when placing a bid you are entering a binding contract, auctions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash refund.

Are there restrictions on use of prizes?
Restrictions are always defined at the bottom of the auction descriptions under "Terms And Conditions". Please be sure to read them carefully before purchasing a certificate. If there are any questions concerning a particular certificate please click on the CONTACT button on the top navigation menu and fill out the form.

How do I know if I have won?
You will be sent an e-mail from us, notifying you of your winning bid, inside of this e-mail there will be instructions as to how to claim your new item.

I am having problems receiving email notifications...how can I fix this?
Every email provider is different, if you are having problems receiving email notifications please check your spam folder and your email filter settings, they may be blocking our emails. If you are still having problems please let us know by clicking on the CONTACT button on the top navigation menu and fill out the form.
